ROLL CALL - Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, and Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli Present, Councilor Hunter absent.
City Staff present: City Manager John Salomone, Corporation Counsel Tom Leone, City Clerk Debra McCormick, and Police Chief Gary Giannotta, Mike Long, Senior Planner, Bill Lupien Superintendent of Engineering Services.

ORDINANCES AND LOCAL LAWS
The Clerk read Bond Ordinance #5 of 2002 of the City of Auburn NY amending Bond Ordinance No. 11 of 2001 authorizing the issuance of an additional $152,000 Serial Bonds to finance additional costs of the reconstruction of the Lake Avenue Bridge.
WORK SESSION
The City Manager introduced Mike Long Senior Planner. Mr. Long reviewed upcoming projects that are considered significant to the city over the next 4-5 years.
· Greening of the Arterial.
· Genesee St. Construction
· E. Genesee St. Construction
· York St. Construction
· Connector Rd.
· South St. and North St. Bridges
· Recycling Facility
OTHER BUSINESS
Councilor Jacobs asked if Council would consider having every Council Meeting televised. Mayor Carnicelli agreed that was a good idea and asked the Manager to include extra expense in the proposed budget.

Motion to adjourn to Executive Session by Councilor McNabb seconded by Councilor Jacobs at 6:45PM. All in favor. Meeting ended at 8:20PM Items for discussion included: the financial history of a particular person; the proposed sale and or lease of city owned property.
